You need to have a phone case to use the strap. There are thousands of phone cases on the market in different shapes, materials and sizes so here is what we recommend:
• The loop works better with flexible / silicone phone cases.
• Avoid ultra slim phone case with hard surface if possible. The leather loop, which is about 0.8 mm thick, needs to go between your phone and your case.
