Shipping and return policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
All our products are handmade, and we do everything possible to ensure that orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian/ Quebec holidays. Once the order has been processed and shipped, an email will be sent to you.
Express shipping available and calculated at checkout. All express shipping options include tracking numbers. Regular shipping might not come with a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL RIGHTS AND RATES:
Usually, applicable customs or import fees are charged when the package arrives at the destination country. The delivery costs must be paid by the recipient. These fees are neither applied nor collected by Fab’ and are not reimbursable. Fab’ has no control over these fees and cannot estimate or confirm the amount of the fees since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for any information regarding fees before placing your order.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly. If a wrong delivery address is provided to us, please contact us immediately by email at info@fabhandcrafted.com. We strive to speed up processing and delivery time, so there is a short delay to correct / change the address of your order. If the package is sent with the wrong address, the courier may not accept to change the address. If the package is returned to us and the buyer requests to ship it again, additional shipping charges will apply.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges or refunds within 14 days following the delivery of your package, upon presentation of proof of purchase (email confirmation or order number).
To be eligible for a return, all products must be returned in their original condition. Items must be new, unused, and unworn. Any damaged, used, or altered product will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Personalized or custom-made products are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Personalized products:
All personalized products (engraved products) and custom length straps can't be return or exchange. These products are final sales. All personalized products are under our lifetime warranty and will be replace or repair if any workmanship or material defects under normal use (visit our lifetime warranty page).
Purchase in store or on a retailer's website:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers or a website other than ours. Please inquire about the retailer's return and exchange policy if applicable.
