SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:


We are committed to do everything possible to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days after the purchase. Delivery times are estimated and vary depending on the destination address.

In Canada:
Delivered by Canada Post.
2-9 working days

In USA:
Delivered by USPS.
4-7 working days

In EUROPE:
Delivered by ASENDIA.
7-30* working days (Exceptional delays may occur due to Covid-19)

Please note that delivery times are estimated and provided by the transport companies and cannot be guaranteed in any way. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Canadian/ Quebec holidays. Once the order has been processed and shipped, an email will be sent to you.

 INTERNATIONAL RIGHTS AND RATES:

Usually, applicable customs or import fees are charged when the package arrives at the destination country. The delivery costs must be paid by the recipient. These fees are neither applied nor collected by Fab’ and are not reimbursable. Fab’ has no control over these fees and cannot estimate or confirm the amount of the fees since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We suggest you to contact your local customs office for any information regarding fees before placing your order.

DISCLAIMER FOR WRONG ADDRESS:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly. If a wrong delivery address is provided to us, please contact us immediately by email at info@fabhandcrafted.com. We strive to speed up processing and delivery time, so there is a short delay to correct / change the address of your order. If the package is sent with the wrong address, the courier may not accept to change the address. If the package is returned to us and the buyer requests to ship it again, additional shipping charges will apply.

CANCELLATION / ORDER MODIFICATION AND REFUND:

Online purchase on our website:
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value or a refund is allowed. We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 14 days following the reception of your package upon presentation of proof of purchase (email or order confirmation number). No refund or exchange for personalized products.

Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their expense. We do not provide a prepaid return label to return your package. For our products to be eligible for return or exchange, they must be returned in their original condition. The product(s) must be new, unused or unworn. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.

Purchase in store or on a retailer's website:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers or a website other than ours. Please inquire about the retailer's return and exchange policy if applicable.
